Kathryn Raaker

International/ Domestic Radio and TV Personality, Motivational Speaker, Public Relations Consultant and Founder and CEO of the Tri-State Connection, a Multi-Media, PR, and Marketing Company. She founded it in Cincinnati in 2003. Kathryn Raaker, the syndicated host of multiple television shows and radio programs, has completed more than 500 media tours. As the director and producer of her own programs, Kathryn interviews inventors, authors, and product developers, which allows her to introduce her audience to new ideas, inspirational inventions and innovative people. Her expertise in product placement, product launches, and product line exposures have gained her a stellar reputation in the industry.

Paula Norton

Paula Norton has been in business for 39 years capturing the finest visual images of Cincinnati USA and its business/civic leaders through her custom portrait, advertising, event and news photography.

A sole proprietorship, Paula Norton Photography has had a global impact on the image of Cincinnati, with Paula’s images of Cincinnati events and newsmakers appearing in newspapers, magazines, and Websites throughout North America, Great Britain, Europe, Asia and beyond. A native Cincinnatian, Paula has maintained a commitment to Cincinnati’s urban core, locating her studio first in Corryville, later on, Seventh Street and currently in OTR/West End (behind Music Hall).


Bill Raaker

Mr. Raaker wears several hats. Mr. Raaker is camera operator (DSR-PD170 DVCAM), Multi-Format HD Camera Optical Fiber Interface and other camera equipment. Mr. Raaker is primary editor for “Born B4 64” TV Show. Bill also is Producer/Editor for Kathryn’s “Let’s Just Talk” Radio show. Mr. Raaker had a very successful career and is now retired from GE Aviation after 38 years.


Charlotte Rinderknecht

Charlotte Rinderknecht is an independent producer and social media specialist. She has worked for over 15 years in the area of multimedia production and animation. Storytelling is her passion and finding ways to work with new media is her present goal. Her company, C Grace Productions gathers creative talent from all media to develop projects that have a story to tell.

Patricia Stirnkorb has been a writer most of her life. After having her first poem published at age 10, she realized the value of words and how they can impact a reader. As an adult, she has written for more than 20 national magazines, was the editor and journalist for her local paper, and has published 15 children’s books and 4 adult books. She also is a photographer and her and her husband’s work has appeared in more than 200 magazines, countless brochures and many websites. She works with N2 Publishing providing a way for small to medium size business get in front of affluent neighborhoods across the greater Cincinnati Area. She published a magazine for Terrace Park called A Walk in the Park which comes out monthly and is supported by advertising. She loves being a wife of 45 years, mother, grandmother, Christian, and enjoys public speaking, writing, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends. Her teaching and speaking skills are excellent and she has taught the same ladies Sunday school class for the past 17 years.
